Being involved in our community is an integral part of being a Zeta. Whether at school, in Los Angeles, or even abroad, Zetas are dedicated people with a passion for helping others.

Our organization sponsors and participates in a variety of events and causes at Oxy such as AIDS Awareness Week, Sons and Brothers, and Relay for Life. All the members of ZTZ are also deeply involved in one or more volunteer projects in the L.A. area, for example, the Eagle Rock Clean-Up Day, Los Angeles Half Marathon, L.A. Bridges, and the Off-Campus Coalition. In addition to giving their time to group philanthropy, Zetas lead and aid in personal interests at home and abroad. Some of these include, Amigos in Honduras, Rivers of the World, the CMV program at USC County Hospital, the Hope Alliance in Peru, and the Sea Turtle Rescue Center in Greece.

Our main philanthropy event takes place annually in the spring. The Zeta Tau Zeta Inner Tube Water Polo Tournament is an all campus event. Make a team of 5 or 6 people, sign up in the quad, and get ready to have some major fun!

As a member of ZTZ you will find that the organization will provide you with many opportunities to help out in our community as well as open doors for leadership and powerful team building.
