Each spring, a new group of members are chosen to replace the graduating
seniors. Applicants must fill out an application containing two short
essays. A blind process is used to sift out the most qualified
applicants. An academic background check is also conducted by a school
faculty member. Afterwards, an interview is conducted and those who are
chosen are notified of their acceptance. Below is a link to this year's application.
