Reserving Event Space
Below you will find information pertaining to reserving an event space.
Reserving The Tiger Cooler (SAmuelson PAVilion)
The official name of the Tiger Cooler is Samuelson Pavilion.
Submit your request online through
the
Master Calendar space request process.
Do not do this if you want to
order a food-out event on meal plans – select a room elsewhere.
If you would like to use the walls
in the main room for an exhibit (no advertising),
submit your request online through the Master Calendar space
request process. The maximum duration for an exhibit is seven
days.
Events must begin at 8 p.m. or
later.
The space may be booked as a rain
plan only for daytime events.
Campus Dining does all furniture
moving and stage setup in the building – one week’s advance
notice of your desired set-up is required.
You must clean up after your
event.
You may not block or impede the
Tiger Cooler operation during business hours.
Reserving Gresham Dining Room and Branca Patio
The Gresham Dining Room is the main dining area in the Market Place. The Branca Patio is the adjacent patio.
Request the space online through
the
Master Calendar space request process at least six weeks in
advance. The space is available only on Saturday nights. A
maximum of two events per semester may be held, subject to space
availability.
Your event must be an all-campus
event of 300 guests or more.
A minimum of $1,500 in catering
must be purchased, or a labor fee of $500 will apply. No outside
food may be brought in.
A separate application form is
required and special policies apply. This information is
available in the Campus Dining office.
You must apply by Sept. 10 (fall
semester) and Nov. 10 (spring semester) to receive equal
consideration for the space. Otherwise, first-come, first-served
consideration will be given to all applications.
