About the Calendar
The ASOC Calendar is a resource for all students. It is designed to connect the student body through providing timely information on all campus events in an easy-to-read format.
Each event submitted is displayed under one of the side categories with the
following information: Sponsoring group, Location, Date and Time. On the day
of the event, the event will be moved to the center of the page and will
include a description paragraph.
Events on the Calendar must pertain to students. All postings must
be from recognized organizations, clubs or departments. The Communication
Managers have the right to verify events before posting. All sporting events
must be on campus.
All Events (even off-campus events!) must be registered on with OSL & Master Calendar to be posted on the ASOC Calendar. It should also be noted that events can be posted weeks, even months in advance.
At this time, general or weekly meetings, that are not Senate or General Assembly, will not be posted on the calendar.
