ASOC President
The ASOC President is the leader of ASOC. They facilitate all Senate meetings, work with Senators on projects and programs, works closely with the Senate Advisor, hold Senators accountable for accomplishing goals and following Senate policy and procedure. They attend all General Assembly meetings. They assist in making sure the General Assembly is meeting students' needs. They meet regularly with the President of the College and Dean of Students. They serve as a member of the Board of Trustees, attending meetings several times per year.
Campus Wide Senator
The Campus Wide Senators represent all students on campus. Issues that affect all students are most important to them. Campus Wide Senators work on various projects within Senate, including Funding if they choose. Campus Wide Senators attend all Senate and General Assembly meetings. They work closely with other Senators and the ASOC President.
Class Senator
Class Senators represent students in their particular class. Issues that primarily affect their class are most important to them. Class Senators may work on projects that address all campus issues, including Funding, or projects that address issues of their own class. Class Senators attend all Senate and General Assembly meetings. They work closely with the other Class Senator for their class, as well as all other Senators and the ASOC President.
General Assembly Co-Chair
General Assembly Co-Chairs are responsible for finding out about student concerns and questions, and facilitating meetings and dialogues to address those issues. GA Co-Chairs chair all meetings of the General Assembly, provide space to air issues, and seek collaborative solutions. GA Co-Chairs attend all Senate and GA meetings. GA Co-Chairs work with students who wish to present resolutions and communicate with administrators who may be visiting the GA to discuss their department or a specific issue. They also ensure Senate is meeting students' needs.
Honor Board Juror
Honor Board Jurors hear cases of Honor Code violations when they arise. They work on projects as outlined by Honor Board, including working with Faculty regarding Academic Honesty and the role of Honor Board, planning and implementing Honor Week, presenting about the Honor Code and Community of Difference principle during Orientation and throughout the year, and understanding student perception and knowledge of Honor Board. Honor Board Jurors attend all meetings of the Honor Board, and meet regularly in small committees to accomplish tasks.
