Recruitment is a time for a prospective sister to become better acquainted with the Ladies of and to become familiar with our organization in general.  It is also an opportunity for us to get to know you better.  Recruitment allows you to get a glimpse of what you may experience if you decide to pledge .  There is no obligation in joining, but we do welcome anyone to participate!
